Rewire and inspection
We replace the wiring room by room, keep the rest of the house working where we can, and pass the inspection.
What affects the price
Every home is different, so we quote after we look. These are the things that move the price most. You get the full price in writing before any work starts.

Rewiring questions
How long does rewiring take?
It depends on the size of the home and how much needs replacing. You'll get a timeline with your quote.
Do I need to move out during a rewire?
Usually not for partial rewiring. For whole-home jobs we plan the work to keep disruption manageable and talk it through with you upfront.
Is a remodel a good time to rewire?
It's the best time. Open walls make the work faster and cleaner.
Will rewiring damage my walls?
We work through attics, crawlspaces and small access holes where we can. Some patching is usually needed, and we'll tell you how much before we start.
Can you rewire just part of the house?
Yes. Many homes only need certain rooms or circuits replaced, like a kitchen, a garage or an older addition.
