Can you add recessed lighting to an existing ceiling?
Usually, yes. We check the ceiling space and wiring path first.
Are LED upgrades worth it?
LEDs last much longer and use less energy than older bulbs and fixtures, so you'll replace them far less often.

Can you install fixtures I bought myself?
Yes, as long as they're listed for the location, like wet-rated fixtures outdoors.
